Our No Landfill Policy ensures that all equipment and component parts will be recycled to the fullest extent and never disposed of in a landfill. We strive to make our packaging fully recycleable as well which is why we try to make everything down to in our packaging recyclable. We use a low-density polyethylene (LDPE) anti-static bag which is recyclable, and when we can't use paper fill in the box, we use an air chamber package which is BPA Free, ROHS Compliant and recyclable as well.
Making most of our shipments 100% RECYCLABLE.
We try to ship same business day when payment is received by 12PM Central time (Mon-Fri). Items paid after 12PM (Mon-Fri) may still go out same day. Items paid for on Fridays after 12PM Central time or on a weekend/holiday will generally be shipped out on the following business day.
We package our items very carefully and ship them via the following options (Seller's Choice): USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail; FedEx Ground, Home Delivery, FedEx 2Day, and FedEx Standard Overnight.
We also will ship large/heavy items via Freight when applicable. We currently only ship to the contiguous United States.
We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or anywhere outside of the U.S.
If you have an issue with an item please contact us before opening a claim, opening a return request, or leaving negative feedback.
We will make the situation right, or help you to the best of our ability. Buyers are responsible for 100% of an international return.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
