1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within [3-5 business days]. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
2. Shipping Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours.
4. Damages
Dynamic IT Hardware is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Cancellation Policy
Right to Cancel by Us
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion if we determine it is necessary. This may include, but is not limited to, situations involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability issues, or violations of our terms and policies. If we cancel your order, you will be issued a full refund.
